“The menu is carefully curated to highlight premium ingredients and a variety of cooking techniques, with a strong focus on smoke and charcoal,” says Nic Philip, known for his contemporary approach to fire-driven cooking. “The dishes are meant to be shared—begin with a few raw bites, move into small plates, and then enjoy our signature grills and sides. Each plate is presented simply, letting the hero ingredient shine—no fuss, just honest, flavorful food.”

UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYE OF HANUMAN

HUGE isn’t just a name—it’s a spirit, an energy, and a way of bringing people together. The restaurant’s logo, a monkey, symbolizes Lord Hanuman, the revered monkey god from the Ramayana—a symbol of strength, intelligence, and community. In Balinese Hindu belief, monkeys are sacred creatures that live in tight-knit groups, just like we believe dining should be—shared, social, and full of life. Just as Hanuman is a protector and leader, HUGE is redefining its purpose: to bring people together through great food, flavors you’ll come back to, and a fun, unpretentious atmosphere.
